We will get your product shipped out ASAP.

You will receive an email notification with tracking info.

Items ship within the USA only.

Your item will ship within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of receiving cleared payment.

The buyer is responsible for extra shipping fees to the wrong address.

Delivery may take up to 1-10 days depending on demand and location.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays: packages will be shipped out next business day.

Regarding lost or stolen orders after delivery: We are not responsible for any order lost or stolen after delivery. Any claims should be taken up with your local postal service or carrier.

If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 3 days of receipt for refund.

Buyer pays shipping fee to return item within 14 days after receipt of shipment. Refund will be processed as soon as the item is received.

Any request to return an item for a refund will be charge a minimum restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.

Returns must include all original items undamaged, brand new, unused, all tags attached in the same condition it was received, and all original packaging.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refund given on merchandise only.

When shipping is included in the product price, such as marked "Free Shipping", actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.

Once your package has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to you for the price of the item(s) being returned.

Please save your return tracking number, and email it to us. We need this in case there are any issues during transit.

Please do not request a charge back of your purchase from your credit card company while waiting for us to completely process your request. Refund processing involves several steps, some that we cannot control, so please be patient while awaiting the credit for the original purchase to appear via the payment method that you used.
